Shared and Office Workspaces at Padideh Technology Development Center

In 2019, Padideh Technology Development Center initiated the concept of establishing the first CDMC (Contract Development and Manufacturing Center) and CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) in Iran. The center was founded with the goal of developing and contract manufacturing complex and innovative products. By providing production infrastructure and project management for the development of new products, this business model eliminates the need for companies to establish their own laboratories or independent production lines, significantly reducing operational costs.

To this end, the following infrastructures were planned and launched in compliance with the regulations of the Iranian Food and Drug Administration, the Medical Equipment Department, the Cosmetics and Hygiene Department, and international standards such as GMP, GSP, and GLP:

1. Shared workspaces in Tehran for startup and knowledge-based teams to carry out administrative and organizational tasks.

2. Shared workspaces in Alborz Province for startup and knowledge-based teams to carry out administrative and organizational tasks.

3. Laboratory facilities for process equipment manufacturing in Eshtehard Industrial Town, Alborz Province.

4. Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility for liquids, solids, and semi-solids in Mamounieh Industrial Town, Saveh.

5. Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility for liquids and solids in Eshtehard Industrial Town, Alborz Province.

6. Infrastructure for cosmetic and hygiene product manufacturing in Eshtehard Industrial Town, Alborz Province.

7. Infrastructure for injectable drugs and medical equipment manufacturing in Kosar Industrial Town, Eshtehard, Alborz Province.

8. Commercial infrastructures for international collaboration and export with countries including India, Canada, China, and Italy.

9. Laboratory facilities for chemical pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, and cosmetics in Kamal Shahr Industrial Zone, Alborz Province.
