Innovation Factory of Padideh Technology Development Center:

In 2019, Padideh Technology Development Center initiated the idea of ​​establishing the first CDMC (Contract Development Manufacturing Center) and Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) center in the country. This center aims to develop and produce complex and innovative products on a contractual basis. By creating a production infrastructure and managing new product production projects on a contractual basis, these businesses solve the challenge of companies to create a laboratory, independent production line and its costs.

In this regard, the following infrastructures were planned and launched in compliance with the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, the General Directorate of Medical Devices, the General Directorate of Cosmetics and Hygiene, and in compliance with international requirements and standards, including GMP, GSP and GLP:

1) A shared environment for the establishment of technology and knowledge-based teams to carry out organizational and administrative affairs in Tehran.
2) A shared environment for the establishment of technology and knowledge-based teams to carry out organizational and administrative affairs in Alborz Province.
3) Laboratory environment for manufacturing production process equipment in Eshtehard Industrial Park, Alborz Province.
4) Construction of a factory for the production of liquids, solids and semi-solids of pharmaceuticals and supplements in Mamuniyeh Industrial Park, Saveh Province.
5) Construction of a factory for the production of liquids, solids of pharmaceuticals and supplements in Eshtehard Industrial Park, Alborz Province.
6) Establishment of an infrastructure for a factory for the production of cosmetics and health products in Eshtehard Industrial Park, Alborz Province.
7) Establishment of an infrastructure for a factory for the production of drugs and injectable medical equipment in Kowsar Industrial Park, located in Eshtehard City and Alborz Province.
8) Establishment of commercial infrastructure with India, Canada, China and Italy for the development and export of products.
9) Laboratory infrastructure for chemical pharmaceutical products, herbal medicines and health cosmetics in Kamal Industrial Park, Alborz Province.

Considering the aforementioned infrastructure, the following products can be produced separately in standard factories:
1) Contract production of various types of human and animal pharmaceutical ampoules.
2) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary pharmaceutical vials.
3) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary syringes and medical equipment.
4) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary soft gels and hard gels.
5) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary pharmaceutical tablets and supplements.
6) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary pharmaceutical capsules and supplements.
7) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary pharmaceutical powders and supplements.
8) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary pharmaceutical syrups.
9) Contract manufacturing of all types of human and veterinary pharmaceutical drops.

These centers are very important in terms of helping to grow the innovation ecosystem and eliminate monopoly in it.

Introduction of the pharmaceutical and supplement liquids and solids production factory in Eshtehard Industrial Park, Alborz Province:

This factory has 1300 meters of land with 4000 meters of infrastructure for the construction of various products and has administrative, laboratory, storage and production infrastructure with relevant standards including GMP, GSP, GLP.

Cleanroom infrastructure of the liquids section:

The cleanrooms of this factory have been built in a total area of ​​800 square meters.

Machinery and equipment of the liquids section:

This factory has standard production process machinery with a capacity of 15,000 glass and PET bottles per hour.
